Salary: $110k - $115k base plus bonus

Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead on multiple audits throughout the year and develop the audit scope.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and supervise team members.
• Support delivery of the risk-based audit plan.
• Assess the design and effectiveness of key SOX 404 controls and compliance.
• Prepare clear, well-structured workpapers, including narratives and control testing documentation.
• Evaluate results, draft audit findings, and partner with management on practical remediation plans.
• Utilize data analytics and AI tools to enhance audit insights and efficiency.
• Pursue ongoing development in audit, accounting, and information systems.
• Build cross-functional relationships to stay informed on changes impacting internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in accounting and/or auditing.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Experience with audit analytic and AI tools a plus.
