This high-profile Accounting Manager role in the Arlington, TX area is open due to a promotion and includes full relocation. The position also offers H1-B Visa sponsorship if applicable.  

  

KNM is targeting a professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in a combination of public accounting and corporate accounting, or straight Big 4/top regional experience. Strong internal controls and experience with publicly traded companies are essential. A CPA or near completion is required. DESCRIPTION 

  • Assist with quarterly and annual external financial reporting 
  • Comply with all SEC & IFRS guidelines 
  • Ensuring complete and accurate financial statements and disclosures. 
  • Provide XBRL oversight 
  • Participate in preparing financial statement disclosures  
  • Ensure SOX 404 controls adhere to accounting policies and procedures. 
  • Liaise with departments across the company including Accounting, Treasury, Tax and Investor Relations 
  • Provide support in the area of any new or recent accounting standards to ensure financial statement disclosures are accurate 
  • Continuously improve and automate where possible 

  

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 
  • CPA or nearing completion 
  • 4 – 8 years of public accounting or public/private accounting experience 
  • Strong Internal Controls / SOX compliance experience 
  • Publicly traded company experience that includes US GAAP and or IFRS 
  • Strong analytical skills
