Salary: $95k – $105k plus bonus for a total comp of $109k - $120k

Responsibilities

·    Execute the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process.

·    Perform analytical functions related to the general ledger month-end close.

·    Utilize financial reporting software to create, maintain, and update reporting templates and data queries.

·    Analyze financial statements, costs and equity transactions, prepare financial statements and provide general accounting support.

·    Ensure proper accounting treatment for various projects.

·    Assist with the preparation of quarterly financial statements.

·    Identify and research technical accounting and reporting matters, accounting principles and financial reporting rules.

·    Assist with explaining to management the financial performance of the projects.

·    Compile financial statements and footnote schedule in accordance with annual audits.

·    Support audit requests from external auditors and key stakeholders within the organization.

·    Ensure reported financial results are completed timely and accurately.

·    Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

·    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

·    CPA and/or Master’s in accounting preferred.

·    2+ years of experience in public accounting.

·    Knowledge of ERP accounting system.

·    Public accounting experience preferred.

·    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·    Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including performing financial and analytical computations in Excel.
