Responsibilities

• Identify trends and analyze causes of unexpected variances in performance indicators with business partners.
• Collaborate on budgets/forecasts with management.
• Manage a team of financial analysts.
• Lead monthly forecast and close.
• Complete financial reports as well as other ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management.
• Analyze complex financial information and reports.
• Prepare presentations for senior leadership team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• MBA a plus.
• 7 - 15 years of experience in FP&A.
• Highly proficient in Excel skills.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills.
• Strong expertise in business and financial modeling in P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
