100% Remote Opportunity. KNM Resources is searching for a Sr. Analyst, Talent Management & Development professional to join our client's HR team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day talent management and development tasks to assist during a company-wide implementation. This contract engagement is expected to continue until the end of the year, with potential for extension. Responsibilities 

Learning and Development 

• Manage & maintain learning management system. 
• Oversee day-to-day activities and assisting with manager & leadership training. 
• Serve as main liaison between departments for program implementation. 
• Create training content by collaborating with external vendors/internal teams.  
• Create a leadership development program. 

Performance Management 

• Ensure all performance reviews are completed. 
• Provide support for all employee questions/issues related to performance reviews. 

New Hire Onboarding 

• Maintain the new hire onboarding program. 
• Assist with streamlining workflow across the organization. 
• Serve as main point of contact for leaders and employees across the organization. 
• Manage new hire welcome events virtually & in-office. 

Company Intranet 

• Manage Talent Management team page, New hire portal and Performance Management info page. 

  

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
• 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in HR, or similar function. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Excellent Communication skills both verbally and written. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
