Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation and improvement of Commercial and Operations processes to achieve business goals
  • Drive the decision-making process end to end while engaging the leadership teams across the department
  • Through data analytics and other analysis, identify opportunities for growth within the business by maintaining strong relationships with key leaders across the organization, ensuring all parties are communicating and working towards the same goals.
  • Hands-on oversight of both divisions, covering demand/supply planning ensuring agreement with all parties
  • Assume a proactive position with providing insight and solution to any related demand/supply challenges
  • Maintain a seat at the table with regards to budgeting, forecasting, planning and strategy development
  • Ensure involvement in supply chain initiatives
  • Identify business growth opportunities through analysis of market trends and development of demands for the business
  • Establish and circulate metrics to ensure approach to maximizing business efforts is effective, efficient and profitable
  • Provide data analytics and flash reports on a routine basis
  • Enforce alignment with industry and business rules and regulations

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance or Accounting
  • MBA in above disciplines highly preferred
  • Proven Supply Chain experience indicating a strong understanding of impact on the business
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of 4 years in Supply Chain including “Best Practices”
  • Proven experience in sales and operations in a leadership role, including assuming a high profile position in communicating and representing the critical nature of an effective and cross-communicative approach between sales and operations teams
  • Able to effectively influence and drive decision-making around improvements and change across an organization, including leveraging business partnering skills
  • Track record of success involving supply/demand planning, managing order flow and working capital within a seasoned Sales and Operations environment
  • Proven experience achieving KPIs, including developing and leading the execution across multiple teams
  • Advance Excel required, including leveraging database tools to analyze and report on sizable data sets
