Requirements:

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle.
• Ensure invoices are processed and payments are made on time.
• Resolve any issues quickly and accurately.
• Reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
• Assist employees with credit card usage/submitting expenses.
• Support the month-end close process.
• Ensure financial statements are prepared accurately and timely.
• Prepare reports that offer insights to drive business decisions for leadership.
• Streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Enhance internal controls in accounts payable and credit card management to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Ensure financial processes are integrated and seamless by collaborating across teams.
• Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure financial operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient Excel
• Experience with enterprise-level ERP systems.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
