KNM is engaged to identify a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis for a client in Morristown, NJ. The role will support reporting and financial analysis for the company’s financial results, budgeting, and forecasting process. 2+ years relevant experience, MBA / CPA is a plus. Responsibilities

• Contribute expertise in monthly forecasts and the annual budget process. 
• Prepare/present monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Prepare, report, and monitor key financial and non-financial performance indicators.
• Collaboration with a variety of teams for developing forecasts and budgets for close process and supporting financial analysis.
• Provide variance explanations and business insights.
• Perform special projects as needed. 

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in finance, accounting.
• 2+ years relevant experience.
• MBA / CPA is a plus.
• Very strong analytical skills and understanding drivers of P&L and cash flow.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and computer skills. 
• Expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.
