Position Overview:
A physician-led health and wellness clinic in Gillette, Wyoming, is seeking a skilled Allergist and Immunologist to join its growing team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver expert allergy and immunology care while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of specialists. The position allows for both traditional and innovative approaches to treatment, including direct patient care, in-house diagnostic services, and a concierge model for patient management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat allergic and immunologic conditions using patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests such as skin pricks and intradermal or patch testing.
- Develop personalized treatment plans considering patient preferences, clinical data, and potential risks and benefits of therapies.
- Prescribe medications, including antihistamines, antibiotics, and corticosteroids, as needed.
- Provide advanced therapies such as allergen immunotherapy and immunoglobulin therapy for immune conditions.
- Collaborate with internists, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and long-term management strategies.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay informed about advancements in allergy and immunology research.
- Participate in the education of medical students, residents, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Allergy and Immunology.
- Completion of an accredited allergy and immunology fellowship.
- Board certification or eligibility in Allergy and Immunology (ABAI).
- Active Wyoming medical license or ability to obtain one.
- Active DEA certification or ability to obtain.
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and patient-care abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Competitive base salary with additional performance incentives.

Sign-On Bonus: $30,000.
