Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in ABA, including development and implementation of comprehensive interventions for children and adolescents
- 1 year of supervisory experience with BT or RBTs (preferred)
- Skilled in mentoring and supporting a team in an intensive treatment setting
- Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving results
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative team player with a commitment to supporting a positive work culture
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive ABA and parent training programs for children and adolescents
- Oversee clinic operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery
- Foster a positive team culture and promote organizational morale
- Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including setting performance expectations, developing supervision plans, and evaluating team performance
- Collaborate with other multidisciplinary team members
