About the Opportunity

This is a remote-dominant BCBA role with minimal in-person requirements — only two in-center days per month in Rockford.

Schedule & Work Model

  • Primarily remote schedule
  • 2 required in-center days per month in Rockford, IL
  • Structured caseload expectations

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as clinically appropriate
  • Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs
  • Maintain a targeted caseload of approximately 28 billable therapy hours per week
  • Complete required clinical documentation (evaluations, progress notes, reports)
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to support comprehensive care


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Illinois licensure (or license-eligible)
  • Experience in a clinic-based setting preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
