This is a remote-dominant BCBA role with minimal in-person requirements — only two in-center days per month in Rockford.

Schedule & Work Model
- Primarily remote schedule

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as clinically appropriate
- Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs
- Maintain a targeted caseload of approximately 28 billable therapy hours per week
- Complete required clinical documentation (evaluations, progress notes, reports)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to support comprehensive care
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Illinois licensure (or license-eligible)
- Experience in a clinic-based setting preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
