What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you will:
- Conduct functional and behavioral assessments
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, Fellows, and developing clinicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency of care
- Partner with families to support meaningful progress and skill development
- Maintain compliance with BACB ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
