  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Contributing to a culture built around clinical integrity and growth

  • Collaborative, clinician-first culture

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as clinically appropriate
  • Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs
  • Maintain a targeted caseload of approximately 28 billable therapy hours per week
  • Complete all required clinical documentation (evaluations, progress notes, reports)
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to support comprehensive care

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Illinois licensure (or license-eligible)
  • Experience in a clinic-based setting preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making

You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • Enjoy mentoring and supporting developing clinicians
  • Value collaboration and open communication
  • Are committed to high-quality, individualized care
  • Appreciate leadership that is accessible, supportive, and clinically grounded
