Join a leading ABA therapy center dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care for children with autism. As Center Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure every family receives exceptional support.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Develop: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team
• Optimize Operations: Manage scheduling, budgeting, and continuous process improvements
• Family Champion: Serve as the primary liaison, ensuring caregivers feel valued and supported
• Drive Growth: Oversee financial performance and identify community expansion opportunities
• Safeguard Compliance: Maintain HIPAA and all state/federal regulations

Who You Are

• Required: High school diploma (or equivalent) + 2+ years in a leadership role
• Driven by a passion for making a real difference in children’s lives
• Preferred: ABA therapy background, budget management experience, bachelor’s degree

What We Offer

• $58,000+ base salary + quarterly bonus potential
