Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

$107,250 Guaranteed Base Salary | Hybrid Flexibility

Are you a BCBA who is motivated, independent, and ready for a compensation model that puts more of your earnings directly into your guaranteed salary?

We are partnering confidentially with an established pediatric therapy organization seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a unique center-based opportunity with hybrid flexibility.

This position is designed for a BCBA who thrives with autonomy, enjoys a productive clinical schedule, and wants their compensation to reflect that level of impact.

Compensation:

$107,250 guaranteed base salary

Rather than relying heavily on bonuses or variable compensation, this model places greater emphasis on your guaranteed base salary.

Additional benefits include:

  • Paid time off
  • Paid holidays
  • Health benefit options
  • Retirement benefits
  • Work-from-home flexibility
  • Telehealth opportunities based on client needs and BCBA experience
  • Opportunities for future clinical and operational leadership

What Makes This Role Different?

This opportunity is built for a self-starter who wants the ability to take ownership of their schedule, maintain a strong clinical caseload, and make a meaningful impact on clients, families, and the team around them.

The position includes a monthly expectation of approximately 140 billable hours.

You will also have dedicated time for treatment planning, supervision, clinical strategy, and other responsibilities outside of direct client care.

What You'll Do:

As a BCBA, you will:

  • Develop and oversee individualized, data-driven treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and ongoing coaching to RBTs
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
  • Conduct parent and caregiver training
  • Build collaborative relationships with families
  • Support RBT competency development and clinical growth
  • Partner with other professionals to provide coordinated pediatric care
  • Help drive strong clinical outcomes across the center
  • Manage your schedule with a high degree of independence

Who We're Looking For:

This role may be a great fit if you:

  • Are a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Enjoy working in a center-based ABA environment
  • Are organized, driven, and comfortable managing your own schedule
  • Thrive in a productive clinical environment
  • Enjoy developing and mentoring RBTs
  • Value autonomy and accountability
  • Are passionate about high-quality, family-centered ABA services
  • Want strong guaranteed compensation rather than relying on bonuses to reach your earning potential
  • Are interested in opportunities for continued professional and leadership growth

A Different Approach to BCBA Compensation

This opportunity isn't designed to be the right fit for every BCBA.

It is specifically designed for clinicians who are comfortable with a strong productivity expectation and want that performance reflected in a higher guaranteed base salary.

If you're a motivated BCBA looking for greater earning potential, flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a significant clinical impact, we'd like to hear from you.

Apply confidentially to learn more about the organization and opportunity.
