What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional and skills-based assessments grounded in constructional ABA.
- Develop and lead person-centered behavior support plans (PCBSPs) across home, day, community, and employment settings.
- Provide coaching and clinical guidance to DSPs, BCAs, families, and caregivers.
- Monitor progress through data and adjust plans based on outcomes and client input.
- Create and refine least-restrictive crisis intervention plans centered on dignity and safety.
- Uphold and model compassionate care and communication.
- Maintain timely, high-quality documentation aligned with regulations and ethical standards.
- Lead interdisciplinary coordination around each individual’s goals and supports.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, social work, or human services
- Experience supporting adults with autism or intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of ABA principles and ethical, compassionate practice
- Strong communication, collaboration, and coaching skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to complete clearances, health screenings, and crisis training
Preferred
- BCBA, PA Behavior Specialist License, or graduate degree in a related field
- Experience with constructional/strengths-based ABA
- Experience leading clinical teams in adult home/community programs
- Knowledge of PA 6100/2380 regulations
Schedule & Environment
- Full-time, Monday–Friday first shift
- No evenings, weekends, or on-call
- Hybrid options available
