A rapidly growing events business is looking for a Sponsorship Sales Executives to join its team. Along with a salary of up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience), you will also receive a great commission structure.


You will have a background in B2B sales, with a preference for high-activity and experience in high-velocity sales. This will lend itself well to people in Delegates & Sponsorship Sales already. They have a market leading proposition, platform, and they are a remote-first set up.


  • As Sponsorship Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and evaluating potential partners based on their alignment with clients target markets, globally.
  • Negotiating partnership agreements and collaborating with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance.
  • Cultivating and managing relationships with key partners, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Working closely with internal teams to develop joint marketing initiatives and maximise partner visibility.
  • Tracking, analysing, and reporting on partnership performance, including revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Detecting and capitalising on new business opportunities through partner collaboration.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.


We’re looking for a Sponsorship Sales Executive with:

  • Prior experience in a similar events sales role with experience.
  • Proven track record in identifying and securing successful sponsorship partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and analyse market trends.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue and achieving targets.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
