Head of Product - Renewable Energy - London (hybrid) - £90-100k + bonus

What you'll do:

• Lead a product area: Manage a team of Product Managers and work closely with an engineering team.
• Champion the customer: Understand customer needs and translate them into product vision and strategy.
• Drive innovation: Stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.
• Scale & execute: Develop and execute the product roadmap.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other teams to maximise product launches and customer satisfaction.
• Be data-driven: Use data and insights to inform product decisions.
• Inspire and lead: Motivate your team and foster a culture of data-led decision making.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience: 6+ years in Product Management, ideally in relevant sectors.
• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with B2B e-commerce features and web technologies.
• Data-driven mindset: Experience using analytics to inform product decisions.
• Leadership skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Agile enthusiast: Passion for Lean-Agile principles.
