Ready to lead the product team as first Product hire?

We’re looking for a Senior PM to join a rapidly expanding digital commerce & fintech platform, simplifying how people access vouchers, top-ups, subscriptions, tickets, and more. Since launching in 2020, they’ve scaled to over a million monthly users and recently joined a major fintech ecosystem!

What you’ll be doing…

As first Product Manager, you'll own crucial product areas from strategy through delivery. You'll identify and prioritise user and business needs—especially around transaction flows, digital goods marketplaces, and subscription management. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with full ownership from day one.

Some Responsibilities…

• Translate user, business, and regulatory inputs into clear product specs and workflows
• Drive product delivery end-to-end—discovery, design, development, testing, and launch
• Keep a tight feedback loop with users, analytics, and internal teams to guide continuous improvement
• Map and optimise existing workflows—minimising complexity, boosting reliability
• Co-own the roadmap with leadership, focusing on user impact and business growth
• Document flows, edge cases, and decisions to scale knowledge and onboarding

About You…

• 5+ years of product management experience—ideally in digital commerce, fintech, or platform businesses
• Proven track record working cross-functionally and launching products end-to-end
• Comfortable with tools like JIRA, Notion, and Figma
• Experience with digital goods, subscription flows, vouchers, or fintech transaction workflows
• Strong analytics and user insight mindset—able to interpret data and interviews
• Excellent communicator—able to align technical, design, and business stakeholders
• Bonus: Familiar with regulatory or compliance environments in fintech or emerging markets
