You thrive where scale, complexity, and commercial impact collide.

You’ve owned high-traffic commerce platforms end-to-end. You know that ticketing, checkout, pricing, and personalisation aren’t just features - they’re growth engines. And you’re at your best when the product you’re shaping is truly mission-critical.

This is one of those roles.

The challenge

You’ll take ownership of a global ticketing and e-commerce platform that serves tens of millions of customers every year across multiple brands and markets.

Your job is to simplify complexity, modernise the experience, and unlock commercial value - without losing sight of the customer journey.

You’ll shape the future of:

  • Ticketing and checkout
  • Bundles, add-ons, and upsells
  • Inventory and availability
  • Pricing and promotions
  • Personalisation and experimentation
  • The foundations for AI-enabled commerce

All at serious scale.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the product vision and roadmap for a global commerce platform
  • Designing a unified, frictionless checkout experience across products and markets
  • Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, ops, and senior commercial stakeholders
  • Turning complex business and operational needs into clear product direction
  • Using data, experimentation, and insight to drive conversion and revenue
  • Exploring and piloting AI-enabled capabilities that enhance personalisation and performance
  • Leading with clarity in a matrixed, multi-brand environment

What you bring

  • 8+ years in digital product management
  • Deep experience in e-commerce or large-scale transactional platforms
  • A track record of delivering products used by millions of customers
  • Confidence operating across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Strong commercial instincts - you understand funnels, conversion, and value
  • Comfort working at pace, with ambiguity, and at enterprise scale
  • Experience with experimentation, data-led decision making, and modern product practices
  • Exposure to AI-driven product capabilities is a bonus

The details

  • Contract: 3 months initially (likely extension)
  • Location: London, hybrid (remote considered for exceptional candidates)
  • Rate: Competitive day rate
  • IR35: Outside
  • Start: ASAP

If you’re a senior product leader who enjoys big platforms, real impact, and solving hard problems at scale - this one’s worth a conversation.
