What you’ll be doing…

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join as a hands-on individual contributor. You’ll be taking the lead on design, shaping the experience from first sketch through to final implementation.

This role is for someone who’s just as comfortable running their own user studies as they are refining UI details. You’ll have space to lead, ownership over your work, and the opportunity to grow as they continue scaling.

Some Responsibilities…

• Owning design end-to-end, from early concepts to hi-fi delivery
• Planning and running your own research
• Designing for both product and brand, creating intuitive, human experiences
• Evolving and scaling design systems
• Working closely with product, engineering, and wider stakeholders to align and deliver fast



About You…

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B or fintech environments
• Clear ownership mindset — you're proactive, responsible, and outcome-oriented
• Experienced with user research — conducting studies and applying what you learn
• A collaborative approach — you work in sync with product and engineering
• Fluency with tools like Figma, Framer, Webflow, Rive, and Adobe Creative Suite
