• You are a "Zero-to-One" specialist: You have experience taking a product from a blank sheet of paper to a live market launch.
• You are "Culture-Heavy, Process-Light": You thrive in environments with high autonomy and low red tape. You prefer shipping code and products over sitting in recurring meetings,.
• You are a storyteller: You have high EQ and low ego. You can communicate complex technical challenges in simple, compelling narratives.
• You understand the modern stack: You are comfortable working alongside elite engineering teams building complex distributed services and cloud-native platforms.

The Details

• Funding: You don't need to worry about runway. This accelerator has secured over $100 million in initial funding.
• Location: London, Hybrid (3–4 days in-office for collaboration).
• Compensation: Highly competitive packages. Base salaries for Product Leaders range from £150k – £200k + significant additional compensation.
