Project Manager - New Product Team, Startup Pace, Real Scale

The Opportunity

We're after a project manager who can bring order to the early, undefined stage of building something new, for a business reinventing how the world's financial institutions read global risk. It's a business with decades of authority in research and data, now building a proper product function for the first time and a portfolio of early-stage ideas to go with it. You'd be one of the first people in that new team, helping set how it works rather than inheriting someone else's process.

This is a rare greenfield seat: proper 0-to-1 work, with the scale, resources and stability of an established Tier-1 business behind you rather than a startup running on fumes.

The Mission

We're looking for someone who can hold a fast-moving, ambiguous roadmap together and make a brand new team ship. You'll drive delivery across a portfolio of propositions still finding their shape.

What You'll Be Doing

• Driving agile product discovery and delivery across a portfolio of new propositions
• Owning risk management and project governance as the team scales
• Keeping a fast-moving roadmap honest, prioritised and on track
• Partnering shoulder to shoulder with product, engineering and data as the function takes form

What We're Looking For

• Around 5 years as an agile Project Manager
• Strong on agile product discovery and delivery
• Solid risk management and project governance
• Comfortable supporting a portfolio of early-stage, 0-to-1 initiatives
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

Compensation and Benefits

• Base: £70,000 to £80,000 + 10% bonus
• Location: London, Canary Wharf
• Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days a week on-site
