We’re looking for our first Product Design hire to join an ambitious greenfield travel company that's reinventing how people discover, plan, and experience travel. As a founding designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and delightful digital experiences from the ground up.

What you’ll be doing...

• Defining design best practices and laying the foundation for a world-class design function.
• Leading the design of end-to-end user journeys across mobile and web platforms for travel discovery, booking, and exploration.
• Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Content, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive and impactful user experiences.
• Creating and maintaining a flexible design system to support rapid iteration and a consistent visual language.
• Using user research and data insights to guide decisions and continually improve the product.

What you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally with consumer-facing digital products.
• Expertise in Figma (or similar), with a portfolio showcasing beautiful, functional, and user-centered design.
• Experience conducting and applying user research to shape UX and UI decisions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around your vision.
