Implementation Consultant

Performance Objectives
- Lead 8–12 end-to-end client implementations a year, delivering go-live on or ahead of timeline with zero critical defects.
- Configure decisioning, monitoring and identity solutions so clients identify risk earlier and cut false positives by at least 15% within 90 days.
- Train fraud, risk and operations teams to reach 90%+ platform adoption within 30 days of go-live.
- Map client processes to Synectics capabilities and surface at least two expansion opportunities per account that convert into revenue.
- Feed implementation insights to Product and Engineering that reduce average configuration time by 20% year-on-year.
- Sustain client satisfaction of 4.5/5 or higher, protecting relationships built over three decades.
Environment & Resources
You sit in Client Delivery, reporting to the Head of Implementation, and work daily with Client Success, Solutions Consultancy, Product and Engineering. You have full access to our configurable platforms, shared risk intelligence, AI tools and a lean network of SMEs. Hybrid working from Stoke-on-Trent or London plus client-site travel as required.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven delivery of complex B2B SaaS or data platforms into financial-services, fraud, AML or risk teams.
- Ability to translate technical capability into operational workflows and measurable fraud-prevention outcomes.
- Stakeholder management across fraud, compliance, IT and commercial audiences in regulated environments.
- Hands-on configuration, integration or project-delivery experience with decisioning, identity or monitoring solutions.
- Training and communication skills that drive rapid, confident user adoption.
