numi have partnered with an innovative digital marketplace to hire an exceptional Head of Product to lead the product function and drive innovation!

As Head of Product, you'll be line managing a small Product team, working closely with Engineering and Design teams to foster collaboration and implement product practices. This is a pivotal role in their journey to making marketplaces more sustainable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elevate the product function to industry-leading standards
• Improve product development processes and methodologies
• Evangelise product vision across the business
• Explore integrations, new technologies, and potential acquisitions
• 80% IC work, 20% coaching and line management

You'll need:

• Proven track record in product leadership roles
• Experience with full-stack design approaches and discovery practices
• Strong ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
• Ideally experience within the Marketplace industry
