Integration Delivery Manager | SaaS Platform
numi are hiring on behalf of a growing SaaS business whose platform underpins digital ordering, loyalty, and payments for hospitality brands.
This role sits right at the centre of delivery for a complex integration ecosystem. You will be responsible for keeping integrations stable, releases predictable, and communication clear across product, engineering, QA, operations, and external partners.

The role
As Integration Delivery Manager, you will own the day to day delivery of integration work. You will make sure teams are aligned, releases are well managed, and issues are resolved quickly and transparently.
You will be hands on with planning, tracking, and release coordination, while also improving how integration work is delivered as the platform scales.
Key responsibilities include
• Running delivery ceremonies and keeping integration work moving smoothly
• Owning and maintaining the integration backlog with clear priorities and documentation
• Working closely with product and engineering to plan, estimate, and sequence work
• Preparing integrations so they are ready for development when needed
• Acting as the internal go to person for how integrations work and how they fit together
• Owning the release process for third party integrations
• Coordinating QA, validation, and post release monitoring
• Supporting troubleshooting and acting as an escalation point for complex issues
• Ensuring merchants and internal teams are kept informed and confident
• Improving documentation, processes, and handoffs across delivery, QA, and support
What they are looking for
• 3 to 5 years experience in product delivery, technical project management, or product operations
• Strong experience coordinating cross functional teams across product, engineering, QA, and support
• Comfortable working in technically complex environments with APIs and integrations
• Confident using Jira and Confluence to manage delivery and documentation
• Able to read logs, understand data flows, and support investigation of integration issues
• Clear and confident communicator who stays calm under pressure
• Experience in hospitality tech, payments, POS, or SaaS platforms is a bonus but not essential
