Agile Delivery Manager – Manchester (Hybrid) - £50-55k + bonus

Are you ready to help a global brand scale their digital products?

We’re looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to join international consumer brand who are currently building a new and evolving digital products team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring delivery excellence—guiding teams to balance new feature development with system reliability and long-term scalability.

This role is central to creating outstanding customer experiences, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enabling teams to deliver quality outcomes that align with strategic goals.

What you’ll be doing…

• Iteratively delivering software using agile methods—ensuring smooth, predictable progress without unnecessary process.
• Supporting, coaching, and mentoring a multidisciplinary, self-organising team.
• Embedding a culture of quality, focusing on performance, maintainability, security, and resilience.
• Translating business requirements into achievable delivery plans, aligned with team capacity and capability.
• Managing dependencies with other teams and balancing priorities between new feature delivery, technical debt, and ongoing support.

What we’re looking for…

• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring technology teams.
• Strong track record of iterative delivery using agile practices.
• Skilled in building roadmaps, release plans, and providing clear estimates to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and drive collaboration.
• Confident in balancing business needs with technical constraints and long-term sustainability.
• Passion for solving complex challenges and helping teams continuously improve.
