🚀 Senior Full-Stack Developer – AI-Driven Legal Tech Innovation

Location: London hybrid (2–3 days onsite)

A well-established professional services firm has launched a small, agile product team to transform how technology empowers legal services. Backed by deep domain expertise and a strong client base, this team is building AI-first tools that are already being called “game changers” by their users.

They’re now looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join the mission — with full ownership across discovery, design, delivery, and scale.

💼 What you’ll do:

• Ship scalable full-stack web products using modern frameworks and clean architecture
• Contribute to architecture and tooling decisions in a fast-moving, autonomous team
• Collaborate with designers, legal domain experts, and internal users to solve real client problems
• Lead work on an AI-driven, RAG-based system with a focus on observability and performance
• Maintain a pragmatic, product-focused approach to engineering

🧠 What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of full-stack experience (ideally in product-focused or startup teams)
• Strong experience with:
• React 19, Next.js 15 (App Router)
• TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
• PostgreSQL (Neon or similar) with fine-grained access controls
• CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Vercel
• Authentication architectures and headless CMS (e.g. Sanity)
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG pipelines, model evaluation and observability
• Comfortable collaborating with non-technical stakeholders
• Bonus: open-source contributions or personal projects
