FACS Systems Analyst
About the Role
We're looking for a FACS Systems Analyst to optimize collections software. In this role, you will directly influence operations by implementing and maintaining critical changes within the core system, Ontario Systems/Finvi FACS. You'll collaborate with operations staff to build innovative solutions, ensuring systems are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals.
What You'll Do

System Strategy & Implementation: Drive application and strategy changes within the FACS system, using formats, event tactics, dialer campaigns, work queues, and reporting to enhance performance.

Analysis & Design: Assess project feasibility, gather business requirements, and develop detailed specifications and documentation for system modifications.

Project Leadership: Create system design plans and resource estimates, and participate in all phases of the project life cycle, including testing and quality assurance.

User Support & Training: Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to internal users and fostering knowledge sharing across departments.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Ontario/Finvi FACS in a collections software environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in structured application development, system analysis, and project documentation.
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Background in the medical collections industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, SQL, Finvi Reports, Crystal Reports, or Acumen.
- Experience with letter vendors or Link services.
