Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Director located in Charlotte, NC. The Social Media Marketing Director will be responsible for day-to-day management of all social media platforms, copywriting and distributing content, developing content strategy, social media optimization, communication and public relations with the boutique's clientele, and managing and measuring performance of campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing, Content Strategy, and Social Media Optimization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective promotion and engagement with clients and customers
  • Public Relations skills including building and maintaining partnerships with relevant industry brands and entities
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong track record of planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Business, etc.)
  • Flexible and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative and able to bring fresh ideas to the table to promote brand recognition and online engagement
  • Experience in ecommerce and/or fashion industries is a plus.
