Role Overview
TURNBRIDGE is seeking an experienced PMO Lead to drive enterprise-wide project governance, portfolio execution, and operational excellence. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery, leading high-performing teams and ensuring large-scale initiatives are executed efficiently, on time, and aligned to organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Governance
- Develop, implement, and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Establish scalable, repeatable processes that drive consistency and operational efficiency across the organization
Portfolio & Program Management
- Oversee a global, multi‑million‑dollar project portfolio
- Ensure projects are prioritized appropriately and aligned with strategic objectives
- Track portfolio-level performance, risks, and outcomes
Resource & Financial Management
- Allocate resources across programs to optimize utilization and delivery
- Manage project and program budgets, proactively identifying and mitigating cost overruns
Stakeholder & Executive Communication
- Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership
- Provide consolidated reporting on project status, risks, dependencies, and financials
- Translate complex project data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
Leadership, Mentorship & Continuous Improvement
- Lead and mentor project and program managers
- Facilitate lessons learned and post‑implementation reviews
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of leadership experience in program and project management within professional services or enterprise environments
- Proven success managing large, complex, global accounts and initiatives
- Strong executive presence with high emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Ability to operate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Comfortable working closely with technical and cross-functional teams
- Strategic and consultative mindset with the ability to dive into tactical execution when needed
- Demonstrated experience driving process improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Organizational Change Management experience
- Experience leading Agile transformations or hybrid delivery models
- Agile certifications (SAFe, Scrum, etc.)
Certifications & Tools
- PMP certification required
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms
