Our teams work across cloud, security, infrastructure, and digital transformation, supporting enterprise environments with measurable delivery excellence.

Role Overview

We are seeking a SeniorNetwork Security Engineer with deep expertise in Palo Alto technologies to join our Professional Services organization. This role operates at a PS Architect level—leading post‑sales delivery, shaping functional designs, and driving complex network and security migration projects from discovery through cutover.

This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in customer-facing consulting, excels in high‑complexity environments, and can independently own multiple engagements while collaborating with TURNBRIDGE Architecture teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Scope and estimate project LOE for Statements of Work.
  • Architect, plan, and deliver advanced Network & Security solutions with a primary SME focus on Palo Alto technologies.
  • Develop high-quality documentation including HLDs, LLDs, runbooks, diagrams, and test plans.
  • Lead customer workshops and deliver structured knowledge‑transfer sessions.
  • Drive full lifecycle delivery as the PS Architect: discovery → design → implementation → testing → cutover → hypercare.
  • Manage multiple concurrent customer projects with consistent, predictable execution.
  • Contribute to service offering development and continuous improvement initiatives across TURNBRIDGE’s Network & Security practice.

Required Experience

  • Strong enterprise network engineering background (Cisco, Arista, HPE or similar).
  • Deep hands-on L2/L3 routing and switching expertise; datacenter and WAN architecture experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Palo Alto NGFW, Panorama, HA design, SSL decryption, and security policy design.
  • Proven ability troubleshooting across complex network + firewall boundaries.
  • PCNSE strongly preferred (multiple renewals or successor certification ideal).
  • Prior experience in Professional Services or consulting with full lifecycle project ownership.

Professional Services / Architect Expectations

  • Demonstrated history managing 3–6 simultaneous customer projects.
  • Ability to lead delivery independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong customer engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with PMs, security teams, and enterprise architecture groups.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced network security background.
  • Cloud networking/security experience (AWS, Azure), including cloud firewall integrations.
  • WLAN/RF engineering experience.
  • NAC (ClearPass or Cisco ISE).
  • VMware ESXi networking, NSX‑V / NSX‑T.
  • Multi-vendor ecosystem familiarity (Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba).
  • Relevant certifications (ENARSI, ENSDWI, PCNSE successor, CCNP, cloud certs).
  • Willingness to work nights/weekends based on project needs.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

What You'll Demonstrate in the Interview

  • Examples of managing multi-project PS workloads.
  • End‑to‑end ownership of functional design and post‑sales delivery.
  • Personally authored migration plans or cutover documentation.
  • Detailed walkthrough of a complex firewall or network migration you’ve led.
