Role Overview
We are seeking a SeniorNetwork Security Engineer with deep expertise in Palo Alto technologies to join our Professional Services organization. This role operates at a PS Architect level—leading post‑sales delivery, shaping functional designs, and driving complex network and security migration projects from discovery through cutover.
This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in customer-facing consulting, excels in high‑complexity environments, and can independently own multiple engagements while collaborating with TURNBRIDGE Architecture teams.
What You’ll Do
- Scope and estimate project LOE for Statements of Work.
- Architect, plan, and deliver advanced Network & Security solutions with a primary SME focus on Palo Alto technologies.
- Develop high-quality documentation including HLDs, LLDs, runbooks, diagrams, and test plans.
- Lead customer workshops and deliver structured knowledge‑transfer sessions.
- Drive full lifecycle delivery as the PS Architect: discovery → design → implementation → testing → cutover → hypercare.
- Manage multiple concurrent customer projects with consistent, predictable execution.
- Contribute to service offering development and continuous improvement initiatives across TURNBRIDGE’s Network & Security practice.
Required Experience
- Strong enterprise network engineering background (Cisco, Arista, HPE or similar).
- Deep hands-on L2/L3 routing and switching expertise; datacenter and WAN architecture experience.
- Expert-level proficiency with Palo Alto NGFW, Panorama, HA design, SSL decryption, and security policy design.
- Proven ability troubleshooting across complex network + firewall boundaries.

PCNSE strongly preferred (multiple renewals or successor certification ideal).
- Prior experience in Professional Services or consulting with full lifecycle project ownership.
Professional Services / Architect Expectations
- Demonstrated history managing 3–6 simultaneous customer projects.
- Ability to lead delivery independently with minimal oversight.
- Strong customer engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with PMs, security teams, and enterprise architecture groups.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced network security background.
- Cloud networking/security experience (AWS, Azure), including cloud firewall integrations.
- WLAN/RF engineering experience.
- NAC (ClearPass or Cisco ISE).
- VMware ESXi networking, NSX‑V / NSX‑T.
- Multi-vendor ecosystem familiarity (Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba).
- Relevant certifications (ENARSI, ENSDWI, PCNSE successor, CCNP, cloud certs).
- Willingness to work nights/weekends based on project needs.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
