Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with deep Cisco ACI expertise to join our Professional Services team. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in fast‑paced customer environments, can independently lead multiple engagements, and delivers high‑quality architectures, migrations, and documentation with minimal oversight.

You will act as the primary technical lead for ACI initiatives, providing end‑to‑end ownership from discovery through hypercare.

What You’ll Do

• Scope and estimate level of effort (LOE) to support Statements of Work
• Design, implement, and deliver advanced Network & Security solutions, with a heavy emphasis on Cisco ACI
• Produce high‑quality architecture documentation including HLDs, LLDs, diagrams, runbooks, and test plans
• Lead customer knowledge transfer and training sessions
• Contribute to the development and refinement of ACI and datacenter service offerings
• Independently manage 3–6 concurrent Professional Services engagements
• Act as the primary technical lead for all ACI‑related projects

Required Skills & Experience

Cisco ACI Expertise (Must-Have)

• ACI fabric design & operations (leaf/spine, tenants, contracts, policy constructs)
• Migration experience (into and out of ACI fabrics)
• Advanced troubleshooting and operational best practices
• Strong architecture and documentation discipline

Datacenter Fundamentals

• L2/L3 routing and switching
• Modern fabric designs & topologies
• Proven methodologies for datacenter migrations

Professional Services Capabilities

• Ability to own a project end‑to‑end: discovery → design → build → cutover → hypercare
• Confident, articulate communication with executive and technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple customer workstreams

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• NGFW integration experience (Palo Alto, Cisco, etc.)
• AWS or Azure networking experience
• WLAN/RF fundamentals
• Advanced LAN/WAN and dynamic routing (OSPF, BGP, HA architectures)
• VMware ESXi, NSX‑V/NSX‑T
• NAC solutions: ClearPass, Cisco ISE
• Multi‑vendor datacenter networking experience
• Relevant certifications (ENARSI, ENSDWI, PCNSA/PCNSE)
• Ability to travel up to 25%; occasional nights/weekends for cutovers
