We’re growing rapidly and seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers to join our expanding U.S. team.

Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with engineering leadership and product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions, shape implementation strategy, and deliver high-quality, scalable software. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to collaborate with diverse engineering teams.

You’ll help groom stories, influence design decisions, build new features, troubleshoot complex issues, and champion engineering best practices across the team.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with leads and product owners to understand requirements and refine user stories
• Contribute to system architecture, design, and implementation strategies
• Develop and maintain APIs, services, and scalable backend components
• Implement high-quality features using modern frameworks and cloud-native patterns
• Build and support real-time data processing pipelines
• Troubleshoot production and performance issues across distributed systems
• Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, testing, and containerization best practices
• Collaborate with engineers of varying levels and skill sets
• Advocate for clean code, maintainability, and engineering excellence

Required Skills & Experience

• Python Expertise and proficiency with major web frameworks
• API Development: REST (FastAPI) and GraphQL (Strawberry)
• Streaming Platforms: Kafka or Event Hubs for real-time data pipelines
• Database Experience: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and multi-database architecture
• Big Data Technologies: Spark, Delta Lake
• Databricks: Data engineering and ML workflow experience
• LLM APIs: Experience with OpenAI, Llama, or similar GenAI models
• Azure Architecture & Cloud Concepts
• Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
• CI/CD Pipelines: Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• System Design: Experience architecting applications supporting ~5,000 daily active users
• Concurrency: Multi‑process, multi‑threading, or actor model experience
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem solving, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using LangChain for LLM interfacing
• Full‑stack development experience
• Familiarity with JavaScript, React, or Next.js
