Pre-Sales Consultant

Company Overview:

A leading provider of enterprise systems and open-source technology solutions is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to support its sales team. This organization delivers high-tech solutions to clients across various industries and fosters a collaborative, innovative work environment.

Position Summary:

The Pre-Sales Consultant will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and support prospective clients throughout the pre-sales process. This role is remote and requires close collaboration with sales, product, and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and craft tailored technical solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the company’s capabilities.
  • Work closely with prospects to analyze business needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFQ responses, and technical documentation.
  • Act as a technical liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide input to product and development teams based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Support post-sales implementations to ensure a seamless transition and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Understanding of ODOO,Acumatica ERP, IFS Software, Manufacturing software.
  • 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales role. We want an up and comer.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for customers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Experience in enterprise software, business consulting, or open-source technology is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
