Our client is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by ensuring their clients achieve maximum value from their AI-powered ecommerce solutions. As the primary post-sales point of contact, you will forge strong relationships, guide customers through implementation, and provide strategic insights to help them succeed in an evolving ecommerce landscape.

You excel at balancing technical expertise with business acumen, enabling customers to harness the power of intelligent product catalogs. With a proactive and results-driven approach, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, fostering trust and acting as their advocate within the organization.
  • Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption of solutions.
  • Understand each customer’s unique business goals and challenges, developing tailored success plans to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor customer engagement and usage metrics, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance value and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales, to deliver on customer needs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews, providing insights, recommendations, and best practices to optimize customer success.
  • Identify and support opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion based on customer goals and pain points.
  • Act as a voice of the customer, sharing feedback to influence product development and innovation.

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services in a SaaS or ecommerce environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strong technical background or aptitude, with experience in ecommerce platforms, AI technologies, or data-driven solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and analytics platforms.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
