Job Summary: 

As a Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for individuals and families facing the complex process of estate settlement. By building trusted relationships and understanding each client’s unique needs, you’ll help them understand how our services can support them through this challenging time. Your role will be crucial in educating clients, guiding them through available options, and assisting them in becoming part of our client family.

 

Responsibilities: 

- Client Introductions: Conduct initial calls with potential clients, attentively listening to their needs and questions and identifying how our solutions align with their goals.

- Process Optimization: Offer feedback on current sales methods and suggest improvements to enhance effectiveness.

- Service Presentation: Clearly and empathetically present our services, adapting your approach to fit each client’s needs.

- Handling Concerns: Address client questions and objections with patience, showcasing the benefits and value of our offerings.

- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Business Development and Client Care Teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients.

- Market Expansion: Assist in identifying and reaching out to new customer acquisition channels.

- Client Communication: Maintain clear, ongoing communication with prospective clients through calls, emails, and texts, and keep our CRM updated on deal progress.

- Achieving Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets while upholding high standards of client care and ethical conduct.

 

Qualifications: 

- Experience: Multi-channel sales experience in a client-facing role within the legal, financial, or service industries; experience with high-net-worth clients is a plus.

- Professionalism & Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, compassionate way.

- Sales Skills: Strong aptitude in building rapport, handling objections, and closing deals with a client-centered approach.

- Empathy & Emotional Intelligence: An ability to connect on an emotional level, understanding client needs and providing sensitive support.

- Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify needs, and provide customized solutions.

- Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and the ability to quickly learn new technology.

 

Bonus Skills: 

- Estate Settlement Knowledge: Familiarity with estate settlement processes, probate law, or related areas.

- Client Service Commitment: A genuine interest in helping people through challenging circumstances.
