Director of Digital Acquisition
A leading global provider of B2B technology and marketing services is seeking a Director of Digital Acquisition to drive digital acquisition and performance marketing efforts. The organization supports a large international client base and is focused on delivering solutions that help businesses grow through branding and marketing initiatives.
This role operates within a hybrid work model, requiring in office presence two days per week.
In this position, you will lead paid search and paid social strategy, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms. The focus is on driving qualified traffic, generating high quality leads, and improving conversion performance to support overall growth objectives.
You will partner closely with cross functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Creative to ensure alignment and integrated execution across all paid media efforts. This role reports to senior marketing leadership and plays a key part in shaping digital acquisition strategy through data driven insights, continuous optimization, and performance reporting.
Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns across major platforms to drive lead generation and achieve business goals
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, bid strategy optimization, and develop retargeting and lookalike audiences
• Monitor performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and CPA while running structured A B tests and collaborating on ad creative
• Track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance using analytics tools and ensure accurate measurement through tagging and tracking frameworks
• Deliver clear reporting with actionable insights to senior stakeholders
• Stay current on platform updates, trends, and competitive activity while sharing best practices internally
• Collaborate cross functionally to ensure alignment across the full customer journey from initial engagement through conversion
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8 plus years of digital marketing experience with at least 5 years leading paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn
• Strong expertise in paid media platforms and analytics tools including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting platforms
• Proven ability in A B testing, conversion optimization, and audience targeting strategies
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment
• Preferred experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms for performance tracking and audience segmentation
