Relate Search has partnered with a global leader in sustainable manufacturing and renewable resources to find an experienced, proactive HR Manager to support one of their key East Coast operations. This plant has undergone significant change following a recent acquisition, and the incoming HR leader will play a critical role in stabilizing the workforce, rebuilding trust, and shaping a consistent, employee-centered HR function. With a strong focus on employee relations, this is a high-visibility opportunity to lead post-acquisition integration, elevate frontline leadership, and influence the future HR bench across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all employee relations efforts on site, conducting thorough investigations, coaching managers, and modeling accountability
• Standardize HR processes and policies following a recent acquisition—balancing consistency with the company’s decentralized model
• Assess and deliver training and development programs to strengthen leadership capabilities and reduce turnover
• Partner with regional HR leadership on succession planning and talent development initiatives across the East Coast
• Reinforce a culture of trust, transparency, and proactive communication during a time of operational and cultural transition

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Proven success leading complex employee relations matters with professionalism and integrity
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (HR certification a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills—equally effective with front-line employees and plant leadership
• Comfortable operating with limited structure and navigating evolving systems, policies, and processes
