What You’ll Do:

Relate Search has partnered with a global leader in the nutrition and wellness industry to find a forward-thinking Senior Manager, Compensation to join their growing Total Rewards function. This leader will play a pivotal role in the company’s transition to a globally aligned Center of Excellence (COE) model—designing scalable compensation programs, evolving job architecture, and building internal equity across regions. With multiple high-impact projects in motion, this is an opportunity to shape compensation strategy at scale while leading a high-performing team and collaborating with global peers across HR, Finance, and the business.


Responsibilities:

·        Design and implement global compensation programs that are market-competitive, scalable, and aligned with company values and growth

·        Lead and evolve a consistent job architecture and career leveling framework across global functions

·        Manage core compensation processes, including annual merit cycles, salary structure updates, bonus programs, and long-term incentives

·        Conduct market benchmarking, survey analysis, and compensation modeling using global data sets

·        Partner with HRBPs, Talent, and Finance to advise on offers, promotions, and organizational structure decisions

·        Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international regulatory standards

·        Supervise a global team of compensation analysts and drive strong collaboration and development

·        Oversee compensation tools and vendor relationships, ensuring system accuracy and data integrity

·        Build education and training resources to increase understanding of compensation practices across the enterprise


Qualifications:

·        7+ years of progressive compensation experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role with global or regional scope

·        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field

·        Expertise in global compensation strategy, compliance, and market analysis

·        Strong Excel and compensation platform proficiency (e.g., Mercer, Towers Watson, Payfactors)

·        Demonstrated success leading complex compensation projects and working across matrixed, multinational organizations

·        Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across levels and geographies

·        CCP certification is a plus
