What You’ll Do

The Sr. Director of Operations Finance will serve as a strategic and hands-on finance leader, driving operational excellence across global manufacturing and supply chain activities. In this highly visible role, you will partner closely with senior leadership to optimize costs, enhance working capital performance, elevate financial reporting, and strengthen operational decision-making. You’ll lead a high-performing team while also rolling up your sleeves to dive into detailed cost analysis, system transitions, and complex financial modeling. This is a role for a true player-coach—someone who excels equally at setting long-term strategy and engaging directly in day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain leadership to develop financial strategies that optimize cost structure, improve working capital, and support enterprise growth.
• Lead and develop an Operations Finance team while engaging hands-on in cost analysis, variance reviews, and financial modeling to ensure accuracy and depth.
• Direct operations-focused financial reporting processes and support system enhancements, including Oracle ERP/EPM and BI tool optimization.
• Oversee forecasting, planning, and capital investment processes to ensure rigor in ROI analysis, modeling, data integrity, and strategic alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement across cost-to-serve modeling, operational analytics, and reporting frameworks to enhance visibility and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles supporting manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Strong accounting and controllership background with deep experience in cost accounting, financial reporting, and operational analytics.
• Experience with ERP/EPM system implementations and advanced BI/reporting tools, ideally Oracle.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership while also operating tactically in hands-on execution.
• High proficiency in financial modeling, operational metrics, forecasting, and leading high-performing finance teams.
