What You’ll Do:

Relate Search has partnered with a global leader in the nutrition and wellness industry to identify a strategic and people-first Senior Director of HR Business Partnering. This executive will serve as a core member of the global HRBP leadership team, directly supporting a key function or region during a period of transformation and growth. The ideal candidate brings both global HRBP expertise and the heart of a servant leader—someone who can scale high-performing teams, influence across cultures and matrixed environments, and help embed a culture that champions performance, inclusion, and innovation. This is a highly visible opportunity to lead a global team, shape functional HR strategy, and make meaningful impact at scale.


Responsibilities:

·        Lead and manage the business partnering team within a global function or region, supporting leaders with strategic HR counsel and execution

·        Serve as the senior HR business partner to executive-level stakeholders, aligning people strategy with business goals and organizational values

·        Build and nurture a high-performing, globally distributed HRBP team—developing capabilities, fostering innovation, and modeling servant leadership

·        Drive people transformation initiatives including org design, change management, workforce planning, and cultural alignment

·        Collaborate cross-functionally with Global HR Business Services and Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent, value-added HR solutions

·        Coach senior leaders and guide the business through performance management, engagement, succession planning, and strategic workforce development

·        Track and improve performance metrics and KPIs related to talent, retention, and functional effectiveness

·        Promote consistency in the rollout of global HR programs, policies, and compliance initiatives, while balancing local context and business needs


Qualifications:

·        10–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including global HRBP leadership and experience managing cross-functional teams

·        5+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of growing and mentoring high-performing HR teams

·        Deep knowledge of global HR practices, employment law, and organizational design in complex, matrixed environments

·        Experience partnering with COEs and Shared Services to deliver scalable HR programs

·        Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across levels, regions, and cultures

·        Experience in change leadership and transformation, ideally in a growth or modernizing environment

·        Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (MBA or HR certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP preferred)

·        Interest or passion for health, wellness, or fitness is a plus
