Project Manager - PropTech/IoT/Building Management

Location: Detroit, MI

Compensation: 80K – 120K

What we are looking for:

5+ years of experience implementing technical roll-outs

Strong organizational skills to keep project on time, and within scope and compliance

A go-getter attitude - this is a place where ambition and an entrepreneurial spirit is rewarded

Pro-active leader - takes initiative to get in front of issues 

Effective communication skills as you interact with cross-functional team members and clients to complete the project and overcome obstacles

Background within real estate, construction, or mechanical systems helpful or an interest to learn and grow within this space

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
