Project Engineer - Building Automation/IoT Solutions
Location: Detroit, MI
Compensation: 100K – 130K

We are looking for a Project Engineer for a software company offering IoT solutions in the facilities space. They have experienced much success since their start and are still on their way up. What You Will Do:
Be a part of cutting edge tech that is driving the future of the industry- work with a cloud-based building intelligence platform that connects HVAC, lighting, energy, and other systems into one unified platform
Use your skills in a fresh way - work on data normalization and data models of HVAC equipment to customize the heating/cooling structure for clients
Analyze HVAC sequence of operations and controls data to make recommendations for relevant diagnostics for buildings

What we are looking for:
5-10+ years in the HVAC Controls/Building Automation industry
Integration expertise with Niagara highly valued as well as proprietary systems (i.e. Distech, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, etc.)
Complex facility experience highly valued - (i.e. hospitals, data centers, universities, etc.)
BACnet, MODbus and/or Lonworks experience
Polished professional – someone that loves the technology and works to hone their craft.
Motivated team player - ambitious, entrepreneurial spirit encouraged
Strong IoT and computer technology skills including Networking, Database, Security, and Microsoft platform experience.
Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. Looking for a well-trained specialist.
