Compensation: 120 - 140K base + annual performance bonus

We’re looking for a technical leader and mentor for an HVAC and energy services group in the Indianapolis area. This position would lead the Support Engineering team — a group responsible for HVAC system design, equipment selection, and operational coordination. This team supports Engineers designing commercial HVAC projects across Indiana, Florida, Ohio, and beyond. You’ll play a crucial role in developing the engineering team’s technical skillsets and ensuring project accuracy, while also overseeing all back-end technical activities — from take-offs to shipping coordination.

What We’re Looking For
- Solid understanding of commercial HVAC equipment and system design (equipment selection, pricing, submittals, and providing technical product knowledge)
- 8-10 years of experience with an equipment manufacturer, engineering firm, or contractor
- Previous engineering team leadership or management experience
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to travel quarterly and work on-site with some flexibility
- Engineering degree or equivalent work experience
