The Role:
- Enquiry management: fielding and responding to enquiries via email, phone and SMS
- Conduct open homes and private buyer appointments
- Prospecting activities to generate leads: calls, door knocking, developing relationships
- Database management: data entry, contact management
- Diary management: organise and facilitate appointments, meetings and inspections
- Negotiation: manage offers, liaise with purchasers and vendors
- Reporting: collate and distribute various reports as needed
What we are looking for:
- 12 months experience in real estate in a similar role
- Will thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment
- Is resilient, self-motivated, and hungry for success
- Possesses strong written and verbal skills
- Is Immaculately presented and well-groomed
- Wants to build a career in Real Estate Sales
- Holds a current Driver’s licence and owns a reliable car
- Holds a NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence
