The Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team in a full-time capacity. This is a pivotal role for a design leader with a strong portfolio in boutique and high-end multi-residential design. You’ll play an integral role in leading the interiors team and further developing our interior design capabilities within the studio.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead interior design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring quality outcomes at every stage

· Manage and mentor a small interior design team, driving documentation and delivery

· Work directly with clients to understand project ambitions and bring their vision to life

· Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and detailed presentations to clients and stakeholders

· Collaborate with architects, consultants, and developers to ensure cohesive design integration across all disciplines

· Select and specify materials, finishes, FF&E, and custom joinery, ensuring consistency with the design narrative and project budget

· Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, applying them thoughtfully to elevate each project

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline

· Minimum 5 years’ experience, with a strong focus on high-end residential or multi-residential projects

· Proven ability to lead design projects independently and manage a team

· Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools (preferred)

· Exceptional design, communication, and client presentation skills

· Strong leadership, time management, and organisational skills

· Passion for refined, detail-driven design with a collaborative mindset
