We have an exciting new opportunity with a leading innovator in architectural building products, recognised for providing compliant, eco-friendly, and cutting-edge solutions for ceilings, walls, cladding, and more.

We are in search of a proactive Business Development Manager to take on a comprehensive role, focusing on residential and commercial markets. This position is tailor-made for a results-oriented individual who can utilise our well-established network to develop and expand the territory while fostering key relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the entire sales cycle, from specification through architects and designers to builders and contractors.
  • Formulate and execute targeted sales strategies catering to custom and high-end residential builders as well as commercial projects.
  • Utilise an existing network in NSW to broaden the territory and extend market outreach.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure client expectations are not only met but exceeded.


Ideal Experience:

  • Substantial experience in business development within the architectural or building products sector.
  • A proactive approach akin to a "self motivated GO GETTER."
  • Proficient in managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
  • Results and KPI driven, proven track record in meeting KPI's and targets
  • Ambitious, persistent, and motivated with a genuine passion for surpassing client expectations.
  • 8-10+ years experience in the industry
