Our client is a high-performing, full-service digital agency operating across Australia and internationally, delivering revenue growth and profit optimisation through full-stack digital marketing, creative, and technology solutions. With a strong focus on strategy, innovation, and AI-driven advancement, they are entering an exciting growth phase and expanding their Client Services team to support increasing demand and long-term client partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital strategies across SEO, PPC, content and paid media
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships including campaign reviews, reporting and renewals
  • Identify growth opportunities including upselling and account expansion
  • Oversee website projects, updates and digital initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, marketing and technology
  • Proactively manage scope, timelines and profitability of client accounts
  • Prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights
  • Contribute to short and long-form copywriting where required


Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Proven experience in digital account management within an agency environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and client growth
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics and WordPress
  • Solid understanding of digital strategy across SEO, GEO, PPC and content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset with high performance standards
  • Passionate, humble and client-centric approach
